"After researching my bike and every dealer within 125 miles, Cycle Sport became my dealer of choice. Why? Because they were able to provide the bike I wanted at a fair price and didn't play "games" in the process. I worked with Gerald on my purchase and he was up front at every point in the process, answered all my questions, and honored everything on his end of the deal.
Some might ask why I would travel 40+ miles when I live less than 5 miles from another dealer and have many dealers within 20 miles of my home. It's simple - I found that most dealers were not willing to deal openly and honestly, whereas Cycle Sport didn't hesitate to do just that.
Even at a round trip of 80+ miles, I'll do everything I can to have my bike serviced at Cycle Sport and they'll be my first choice the next time I shop for a new bike or accessories."

"I looked at most of the local bike shops and was not satisfied with any of the service i received. When I went to Cyclesport they treated me like i was family all of the people I dealt with were very courteous. We had a disagreement or a misunderstanding over the actual price of my bike. The manager went out of his way and honored the original price. His professional attitude and courteous reassuring attitude helped to make me and my wife feel very good about the purchase of my new bike. I love the bike and have ridden it as much as possible. Now for the parts department- Spyder is a very knowledgeble and friendly person he went out of his way to help my wife select the things i would need without recomeding a bunch of extra stuff. The rest of the parts staff have always been helpful and friendly. I have not had my new bike serviced here yet but we had my wifes bike serviced here and the staff was very helpful and courteous. They are very careful about promising when things will be completed. I appreciate the fact that they assume that the service will take longer than they think they can always call you if they finish early. Rather than have you show up and your bike is not done. Overall this is one of the cycle shops in the area. "

"I am brand new to motorcycles and had just purchased an '01 bandit s 600. I am very tall and needed to get a windshield that would help push the air over me instead of into me. I had shopped the other guys and just hadn't really felt like I found what I wanted yet when I happened to find Cycle Sport quite by accident while I was "lost". I walked in and was immediately greeted by Eric who took time to find out what I was looking for. He looked up a few windshields and gave me some websites to check out. H edidn't pressure me into buying anything that I wasn't ready to buy. After a few days i went back and ordered a new Zero Gravity Double Bubble from Eric. When I placed the order he even told me if I didn't like the way it performed just to keep the packaging and bring it back for a refund. Now THAT'S service!!!!!!!!"

"Because of the proximity to my workplace, I went to another dealer first (recommended by a co-worker who bought his bike there). I spent more than 10 minutes looking around the showroom and was not approached by anyone to see if I needed assistance. At Cycle Sport, I was greeted almost at once by Gerald, who answered questions, gave me guidance without typical 'salesman pressure' and treated me with respect despite the fact that I have not been a rider in more than 25 years. With him and everyone else I dealt with while buying the bike and related accessories (Only helmet and gloves - I was not pressured to buy unneeded equipment) I felt that I was not dealt with as a customer, rather than as a friend and fellow rider. I not only will be back, but will recommend Cycle Sport to everyone else I talk to about biking. Thank you!"

"When I was looking for a bike I went to a couple bike shops around the area. Without naming any names... big shops in Woodbridge and Falls Church. They were not willing to deal, and just didn't make me feel like they wanted by buisiness. So when I walked into Cycle Sport and the salesman accually cared about what I wanted; I knew I was in the right place. they took the time to hook me up with the right bike, and I couldn't be happier. From the time I walked in the door over a year ago I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Great sales staff, parts and service. Don't waste your time with those other shops. I can already tell you that my next bike willl be from here also."
